At Soft Elegants, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping terms below:

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Delivery Rates & Times

Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Payment Method

We only accept 100% Advance Payments via supported credit/debit card gateways and bank transfers. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification from us containing tracking details so you can monitor your shipment's status.

5. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or high volume during sales/holiday seasons.
