1. Return Window & Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 14 days from the date of item delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.

2. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Soft Elegants covers the return shipping costs for all approved return requests (Free Return Shipping).

  • We charge a 0% restocking fee. There are no hidden fees or extra deductions on approved returns.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement or before the item has been processed and shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to receive the package and follow our standard return process.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your package.

  2. Provide your Order Number along with clear photos or a video showing the issue and the original packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund/store credit.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" or purchased under special clearance promotions are strictly non-refundable and cannot be returned.
